    Week Review

    So this last week wasn't all that bad.  Except for all the drinking I did on Friday night it was a pretty good week.  I haven't lost anymore weight but I have maintained my current weight.  I am really happy.  I will not give up!  Even after this contest is over I hope all of us can stay friends.  I will continue to support all you as long as you will support me.  This site has been the best thing for me.  I have really found it easier to stick with it with all of you on my side.  Thanks for all the support Smile.  Let lose some big numbers in this next week!

    Let's try this again

    So I strayed really far off last week.  I was working a lot and I just ate anything I could get my hands on.  Plus with it being my birthday week I ate cake and all kinds of goodies.  But I am not giving up!  I am back on track today!   I will stay on trak now for awhile.  No more hollidays or birthdays to get in the way.  I hope everyone else is doing well!

    Wow!!!

    I am so tired...I just worked a 12 hour day and I can barely keep my eyes open...lol.  Well its been a sad last couple of weeks.  Julie transfered out of my store :(   That makes it so much harder to help motivate eachother.  I don't have her there anymore to watch over me.  I just hope that I can stay on track on my own.  Good luck to her at her new store

    Got off track

    So this weekend was a bad weekend for me.  I got way off track.  I had pizza at work, and I went out for a 2am trip to denny's after the bar.  I hate the way I feel when I have dissapointed myself.  Hopefully this week goes better.  I trying really hard.  The weight is coming off very fast but I am seeing a change in my physical shape.  I am losing inches.  Well I hope everyone has a good week.

      Hi everyone!!! Congrats toTiff and all of you loosing the lbs.  I stayed the same this week.  I dont think I am eating enough to loose weight.  I will try to eat three small meals a day but I find this hard to do.  Any suggestions?  I would lover to hear from someone on how to jump start the lbs moving again.  Thanks, Julie

    I Love Biggest Loser Tuesdays!

    So I have found that it is so much better to workout while watching the Biggest Loser.  It just makes the time fly.  And it feels like I am right there with them.  I am doing well this week.  I am finding myself not snacking at all at work (which was one of the hardest things for me).  All of us back in the pharmacy snaked a lot.  It helps that Julie is in this with me.  If we do get hungry we will watch what eachother eats.  And we also will share healthy snacks.  I really think that we can do this!  It has been a stuggle for both of us to get to this point.  We always said we were on diets.  But this time we are just kicking ass!  I am so very proud of us and of everyone supporting us on here!  Thanks you all so much!  Well here is to a great week....

    So yeah!  I lost another 4lbs.  This week has been great.  I was able to work out 4 days this week.  I went shopping this weekend and was able to buy one size smaller!  That was awsome!  I hope that everyone is doing well.  Keep up all of the great work everyone.  We can so do this!

    Trying

    Congrats to Julie on her 2.5lbs loss so far this week.  I haven't lost any weight so far this week.  I have been sticking to my eating plan.  I have worked out the past three nights so I am hoping my body is just in shock right now.  I hope that I will have a big loss here soon.  We checked out some gyms here in the area and it is crazy how much they charge for memberships!  We even checked out the local rec center and they are still really expensive.  I love to workout outside but it has been just to cold to do it.  So I have been working out on my Gazelle and my exercise ball.  Its better than nothing right?  Well I hope everyone is having a fantastic week.  Thanks to all of your support.

     Hi everyone, I lost 5 lbs last week and hoping for more this week.  I haven't worked out yet which is an issue.  I stand on my feet all day as well as Tiffany does and I'm using it as an excuse not to get going.  I will work it out asap though.  I can't believe how may people are doing this!!!!!!! It's huge!  I have been following weight watchers points because that is easy for me to keep track of.  I do have one suggestion to alll------Write down everything you eat and you will be amazed how it will change your eating habits.  Thanks to all the friends that have joined as our friends and the many more to come.  We can all do this.  Im really pumped about it.  Julie

    Here comes week 2

    This week has been a good week.  The diet has went great.  I am no longer craving the bad stuff that I use to.  The working out has been a little harder.  I stand on my feet 8 hours a day and the last thing I want to do it stand for another hour or two...lol.  But I am really going to try to work on that.  Julie and I are going to go and check out some stuff at the rec center sometime next week.  Maybe then we can get a steady schedule of working out.  It also makes it hard that we both work opposite shifts.  But all in all I would say that this week is a sucess and I am starting to feel better.  I don't feel so drained all the time.  Well its off to work.     Hello! Our names are Julie and Tiffany. We are on here as part of our effort to lose weight and live healthier lives. We have decided to enter the Biggest Loser’s Million Pound Match-Up. We are using the contest to motivate us in our efforts. We are also hoping that working as a team will better help us stick to our new lifestyles.

    We know that this is going to be a long journey for us. We will be keeping track of all the food we eat in food journals. Also we will be working out 3 to 5 times a week. With the support of each other we can make this our new lives.

    Our main goal in all this is to change the people that we currently are into people that we want to be. The big payoff for us is the chance at a new fresh start. Healthier and more active lives. We would love to go to the season finally of the Biggest Loser and get a personal trainer for a year (the prizes we could win). But for us the biggest prize will be our better lives.

    So wish us luck on this hard a long journey.
